Sahand Chemical Cement Cleaner is a powerful compound for removing residual cement stains on various surfaces of glazed tiles and ceramics, porcelain and surfaces that are not sensitive to acid. This product, with its acidic properties, has the ability to dissolve thin layers of cement, plaster and lime.

Note: This product cannot be used on metal, limestone and marble surfaces and other surfaces that are sensitive to acid.

Using Cement Cleaner on Brick

Since surfaces with high water absorption (such as brick surfaces) have a porous structure and can absorb large amounts of cement into their texture, this product cannot completely clean the cement stains left on such surfaces, and its use on porous and textured surfaces will leave traces of cement stains on them.

This Sahand Chemical product, due to its diluted acid nature, is only able to clean very thin stains of residual cement from glazed surfaces.

Applications of Sahand Chemical Cement Cleaner

The main function of this product is to remove cement, plaster and lime stains from glazed surfaces and all surfaces that are not sensitive to acid. It should be noted that Sahand Chemical cement cleaner will not have much effect on old stains that have been around for a long time (due to their complete setting and hydration).

Calculating the Required Amount of Cement Cleaner

Each liter of this product is sufficient for an average area of 6 to 8 square meters. Of course, the consumption rate depends heavily on the volume of cement stains and the total work area.

How to Use

First, clean the desired surface with a cloth to remove dust from the surface, then spray the Sahand Chemical cement cleaner solution on the surface and let it rest for 5 minutes for the solution to react with the cement and lime stains to loosen the cement and lime texture, then clean the surface with a plastic brush and cloth and then wash it.

Note that the amount of solution used on the surface should be enough to completely cover the stain surface with the solution.

Operating Temperature and Workability Time

The best operating temperature for Sahand Chemical cement cleaner is between +5 and +40 degrees Celsius.

Expiration Date and Storage Conditions
