Moisture penetration is a primary cause of facade deterioration, efflorescence (white staining), and cracks caused by freeze-thaw cycles. Lily Water-Based Repellent by Sahand Shimi is an aqueous silicone-based solution. It penetrates the surface to create an ultra-thin, breathable protective layer that repels water and pollution without altering the architectural appearance of the facade.

Application Guide & Coverage
1. Surface Preparation
The substrate must be completely dry, clean, and free from any dust, grease, wax, or chemical contaminants before application.
2. Application Method
The product should be applied in a single saturated layer using a low-pressure sprayer or a brush until the surface can no longer absorb more liquid.
3. Coverage Rate
On average, one liter covers 2 to 5 square meters, depending on the porosity and absorption rate of the surface.
- Do NOT apply in two stages (avoid wet-on-wet application).
- Over-application or improper use may cause white residue/deposits on the surface.
- Treated surfaces cannot be painted or covered with mortar after application.
- Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C (to prevent cloudiness or crystallization).
Storage & Shelf Life
- Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production.
- Storage Temperature: Between +10°C and +30°C.
- Condition: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
