In general, this product can be applied on all kinds of porous and water-absorbing surfaces such as brick, cement, clay and adobe facades. One of the advantages of using Sahand Chemical facade water repellent is protecting the building facade by preventing water absorption and ultimately its erosion. By using this product, the building facade stays clean for a longer time and saves on facade washing and repair costs.

Sahand Chemical facade water repellent is a transparent liquid that, by increasing the contact angle of the surface with moisture, prevents the accumulation and remaining of water on the facade. Also, due to the colorless nature of this product, the appearance design and color of the facade remains unchanged after applying the facade water repellent.
